Integration

Can any one, brief, Integration with other modules at the time of implementation.

For Eg.,

We need BASIS guys help to have login ID, and Authorizations.

ABAPers help for Cusomization ( for exits) and for new reports.

then what are the factors to be considered with all other modules ?
