Create duplicated archive files, how to delete the worng one?

When I am doning data archiving for PP_ORDER, I create 1 variant for some plant code, after I create archiving files (But haven't deleted data in tables).

And then I found I forget some plant code. So I create another variant inculde old and new plant code and then run it again.

The problem is:

Now I can still see both archiving files in archive manage screen. and don't know what to do. can I just delete 1st file in OS level? Is there any safe way to delete duplicated archiving files?
