Hi,
I have special case, where we need to have two different Over time Calculation for different employees.
i.e 1.5% of wages as OT amount to some employees and 1.25% of wages to some employees.
Can you tell me how can we map this in sap, kindly provide the configuration steps in detail.
Points will be rewarded.
regards,
Kumara Vel.
Configure 2 types of OT(attendance type) assign 2 different evaluation class to them and process with 1.5% and 1.25% accordingly in the relavant PCRs

Group the employees in PCR grouping and write one PCR with two diff rules

Hi,
You Can do this using a PCR
Copy 2 wage types
PCR Criteria would be
for the particular Employee Group 1st wage type be executed
and for another Employee Group 2nd wage type to be executed
in Table V_512w_b give the Percentage how much to be generated for each wage type.
Hope this helps you.
Regards,
Vinod.

Hi
1. create 2 types of OT under
IMG - > Time Mgmt - > Time Data Recording and Administration - > attendance/actual working time
01 - OT type 1
02 - OT type 2
2. Go to PE02 select the PCR TC40, do the changes accordingly based on the compensation for type 1 and 2 OT.
hope this helps
