0COSTCENTER_TEXT Not picking changed text in delta loads (Business Warehousing)

HI All, we are doing daily delta loads to 0COSTCENTER_TEXT but user complaining that changed text is not updating. when we do a full load it is picking the changed data but in delta it is not picking.

can you please help ASAP.
