unable to send order confirmation via email

hello expert,

for few customers ,output type maintained for order confirmation via email is not getting processed, when I check condition records its maintained correctly for those customers too at medium -5 external send, time- 1 periodically with job,

email id also maintained in customer master data, there is no specific requirement assign to this output type in procedure.

what can be the reason ?

Please search in Google before posting. All the possible questions about output have already been answered on SCN and all the troubleshooting steps are the same.

It's not clear from the question and consequent comments if the output is even generated or processed. And it'd be the first item to check. Output determination analysis is available in change mode only, it's not available in display transactions.

hello experts,

I see logical destination in the printing information of that output type is missing for those orders, is it causing an issue ? if yes then who maintains it and when ?, as I don't see it in condition records .

I mean its at the time of condition record, or while creating order, as its no in condition records of successful case also

Hi,

did you maintain any communication strategy as CS01 in the Output Records

did you check SMTP configuration from Basis side

yes CS01 is maintained as communication strategy. and its failing for only few customers.

can you analyze the credentiality of the mail for those customers

what is the status of the messages in SOST

I checked and condition records are maintained, and email id also seems correct.

also need to check the schedule jobs in the background

check SP01 if any spool is generated for these invoices

try to trigger the output manually and check

Hi,

Did you the Determination Analysis for which the Output was not triggered. What is the message it is showing there?

Hi

if you call the send interface(sapconnect) than you have to set explicte commit_work.
