Hi All,
I have hired an employee and his probation is 3 months.after completing the 2 months notification should go for admin person and after 80 days the notification should go to project managet and after 85 days notification should go to the employee.How can i set these days and how can i notify the specified persons.

Use the IT 0016 and make a contract type for the start of probation. and set the probation date in IT 0016. After that use IT 0019 and make one Task type as end of the probation. Between these two Infotypes write a dynamic action of IT0016 that system should read the BEGDA of IT 0016 and add the totakl duration of the probation in the BEDGA and default the end date of probation in IT 0019 in the task date.
Use IT0016 and IT0019 in the hiring action Infogroup
Related to the intimation just set the number of days in the IT0019 in remainder date field and set the mailing feature.
