I have a strange situation where I have used an event which triggers on releasing a process order which in turn triggers the IDOC. But the problem is when I am releasing the process order the event is triggered (as i confirmed in swel Tcode) but the IDOC got generated after 1 hour. But if i trigger the event manually using swue, the IDOC is generated immediately. I am facing this issue in production but in quality its working fine. Any idea why is this happening. Am i missing any configuration Please help.
