Back UP Data?

My Dear Friends,

Would you let me know how to back up data?

I am working on data management especially for custom & LIS tables.

I would like to know how to backup data, and also in which cases, data can not be backup, what is the reason for deleting without backup and so on.

I appreciate it if you give the answer in detail.
