Main Menu dragged to left-top corner - how restore / make normal

Dear All,

During the working, one of my use has dragged the main menu from its place to left - top corner. Hence i can not see the menu items, buttons of close and minimize etc. Since it is main menu it doesn't show in horizontal menu window cascade option.

Can any body guide me to make normal it.
