Unable to receive JMS messages in SAP PO

Hello All,

We are working on PO 7.5 system and scenario is JMS to JDBC. we are using EOIO in the JMS sender adapter.We have used Queue id for the same. The communication channel ping test is working fine.But I am unable to receive messages at PO end. I got confirmed with my external partner that system is working fine at their end.I have attached settings we maintained in PO system. Could you please help me understand when can this situations occur?
