Universe Query Panel not showing upon refreshing lumira 3.1 for normal user

I have encountered an issue on lumira when using a normal user id (not an administrator) during a report refresh. Universe Query Panel not showing and it causes to show the "Unable to initialize the DSL Service Provider. Ensure that the universe has not been removed, that you have sufficient rights to access it and that the BI platform has a valid license" But when using and administrator account everything seems to work well. I have checked also the access right and it seems to have a proper configuration. any thoughts on this?

Hi Noli - Lumira 3.1? Do you mean 2.1 or 1.31? Would you please clarify?

Version 3.1 doesn't exits for Lumira.

On the hand, it seems you do not have sufficient rights either to universe or to connection of the universe. Please check your user rights with the universe and its connections.

I guess you meant to say 2.1, not 3.1. It will be right issue. Check one more time. See if you have rights on universe, connection refresh rights.
