S_ALR_87013611- to take monthly figures

after we upload the annual budget using KP02, when we see it in the report S_ALR_87013611 - Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance monthly wise it should devide the total anual figure into 12 and give us the amount related to that month. But in some cost centers it won't give that correct figure.. Pls advice is there any configuration to do on that. ....
