Getting the table contents through XML Format

Hi

Can any one suggest me some ways to get the total contents of the table through XML Format.

Inorder to get the things we normally go to technical settings view the contents of table then we will take the dump through EDIT---->DOWNLOAD,

By this method we can get only EXCEL,UNCONVERTED,RICH TEXT,HTML,COPY TO CLIPBOARD.

But all i want to do it through XML Format.
