Hi all,

1) When A substitute B, is there any setting that an email notification will be send to B's external mailbox (MS Outlook)?

2) How can I assigin a certain email to flow to a certain folder automatically when it reach my inbox? For example, if there is a release PR email alert, it will flow to folder A1 automatically. And if there is a release PR email alert on-behalf of somebody else, it will flow to folder A2 automatically?

3) Is there any audit trail for this substitution function? Is there any report to tell me that for this month, how many PR release by B on-behalf of A? Or if I were to develop a customized report, what is the tables to work with?
