Search Customer or vendor number from different transactions has a long run time

My company applied with a new SAP s/4 HANA version 1709 S4CORE 102. We found the problem that F4 Search Help for only Customer or vendor number from different transactions has a long run time more than 5 minute and we have only 4 customers in the list. And we found note 2438745 but not for S4CORE102. Who meet the same problem like us, could you tell us how to fix it out? Thank you in advance for helping

It has been mentioned in the said note that it is applicable for all HANA versions. Did you notice that ??

I know that it said for all HANA but when I want to install note. It supports only s4core 100 and 101 not my version
