Hi Experts,

Requesting to provide information on the Work Manager Assignment type 4(Capacity/Requirement Personnel Assignment).How and what data need to be maintained in back end Work Order/Work Center..etc to download the order to device.

Hi Swathi,

Here is a link to the different Work Order Assignment Type Options. For Assignment Type 4, I believe you would need Personnel number and Work Center. I would suggest you to follow the information in the link mentioned below, set up Assignment Type 4 to test if your environment able to download WO to device.

If you have issue with getting WO, check the MDO filter to make sure configuration is correct.
