Scheduling carried out without affecting network activity dates

Dear experts,

Hope you all are doing well, I have a problem when i run schedule at project planning board it doesn't affect activities date as shown in below figure

my scheduling parameters as below

however, when i run the scheduling from cn22. It affects activities dates.

please provide me with any adjustments need to be done in configuration so scheduling from project planning board can has effect on activities dates.
