I am configuring Bank reconciliation statement, however in doing so i realized that the client does not have a clearing account set-up. They are debiting vendor and crediting bank accout directly.
I have an account that I will be using as my clearing account once I finish testing, but after that hwo do i stop using the bank account directly and start using the clearing account just for outgoing checks. then when I upload the bank statement I will be debiting clearing account and credit actual bank account.
can someone give me teh best possible advise in how carefully to do this after being live for almost 4 months and having 4 months of unreconcile items. ( painful I know).
