Questions about web services

Hi! Experts:

I am at the Web Servivces Navigator.

I have some questions about it:

1) Are those services related to some services defined at SICF?

2) What are those web services used for?

3) We are using MI7.1 which has NO Java stack. Therefore we do NOT have the Web Services Navigator.

How do we use the Web Services for MI7.1?
