Crystal Report Clamp Page Footer is the only way the page footer shows.

Target: .NET Framework 3.5

Application Compiled as 32 bit application

Program written in vb.net

Crystal Reports Version: 13.0.22.2668

I have a Crystal report that will not print the page footer without

Clamp Page Footer: Selected

However when that is selected If the information isn't long enough it prints in the middle of the page.

In the windows designer my page footer is only about 1 inch and a quarter thick.

I have 6 other detail sections at the top that are functioning correctly

The paper Size is Envelope Monarch.

Paper in printer is envelope monarch

Printer Settings are envelope monarch

If the report was full it would be 2 envelopes long and needs to have the footer on the bottom of every envelope printed.
