MIDDLEWARE Initial load ?

Dear all,

i'm working in CRM 2007 and ECC6 and i'm facing problem in the Middleware while i'm starting initial load for the Object in the best Practise B09 all the Objects status are red alert and waiting so can anyone help me.....

and one more question are these objects are denpend on each other ?

and what setting have to be done in the customizing if it required

the highest point will be reward

please i need solution ASAP
