SSO between EP and BI

Hi,

I integrated BI with EP,i followed same process as we integrate an ECC system.I'am able to created a transaction iview and able to login to BI from EP.

Now i'am trying to access BI with SSO from EP.I followed one process which is there in Blogs but it is giving me an error "The System is Unable to Interpret the SSO ticket received".

And also am trying to specify user id and password under User Administration-->Usre Mapping for System access but it is giving me this error "Verification of user mapping data for system "SAP_BIW" failed; check the credentials for mistakes"

I'am unable to get any solution on this.Anybody please guide me with a sloution to solve this problem.
