Edit the records in the GRID in change mode

Hi all,

I have the requirement like .

1. create a CHANGE button in the GRID Tool bar.

2.Display all the records in the GRID.

3.select the records in the GRID and press te CHANGE button.

4.Selected records of nonkey fields should be in the enable mode .

I am trying to resolve,but it is little bit confusing to me.

If it is technical ,It will be more Appreciable.
