Reporting on ticket with multiple products


I have created a new report to show all tickets + related products. Some of the tickets can have multiple products.

But as you can see only the product ID are shown for multiple products and the product description is not shown from the second product.

Is this because it only shows product description from where Main Product is selected?

    Hi Arian,

    Hope you are doing great, I'm looking forward to replicate the scenario shown in the screenshots in our SAP Internal Testing System, so then I can confirm if this is currently the expected behavior of the system when reporting on tickets and products.

    In order to proceed further, in my understanding, to reach this report, you had to create a Join Data Source to get both information, regarding products and tickets. Could you please provide me the name of these Data Sources, so then I can perform some tests and confirm the behavior for you.
