We are experiencing an error message that reads: "This entry already exists in the following tables 'G/L Accounts' (OACT) ODBC-2035
When we enter what is a normal transaction the system fails to save the data. We suspect that the primary key counters may need to be rebuilt/reset, is there a tool/technique to do so?
