Hello community,

I am looking for a way to list all the storage locations which are in use for gr from external vendor. Please consider that there is partially no WM in use. The MM movement type 101 could also be GR from production....but i need to find a way to distinguish the GR (external vendor) from GR production...

Thx!

Hi

When you do the GR, the article documents are created in SAP and stored in database MSEG. you can query the MSEG table with movement type as 101 and vendor as not equal to null which will provide you with the list of storage location used for GR from external vendor.

Note: I assume, the vendor number will not be available in production GR article document in your business case.

Hi,

The simplest option is to differentiate based on vendor number in MB51 output. However, if you want in detail, you may modify the MB51 report in config : OLMB-Reporting-Define Field Selection for Material Document List, and add the field KZBEW in the selection and output. If KZBEW=F, then its movement for production order; and if KZBEW=B, then its movement for purchase order.

Prasoon
