SAP HANA Rule Framwork Launchpad Error

HANA Rule Framework Plugin: Version 11

After Installing and Configuring HANA Rule Framework I am getting below error on Rule Framework Launchpad.

From Network it seems like when it is calling XSOdata (/sap/hrf/ui/app/widget/UITileSvc.xsodata/Rule/$count)

When I checking Trace file below is the error from trace file

"ODataSuffixHandler.cpp(00154) : could not create db connection from sql connection configuration sap.hrf.ui.app.widget::hrfTechnicalUserConnConf, username not set"
