Example BAPI_INQUIRY_CREATEFROMDATA2 with reference to contract

Hi,

I've got this bapi working but it is only working if no one else (manually) has opened an inquiry which has the same reference to the contract.

Does anyone has encountered this problem. Any help will be appreciated.
