Stock is there but PGI is not happeing..Urgent

Hi All,

I already have 100 stock in MMBE unrestricted use, But when try to do delveiry for that material with 10 quantity. It is showing message like only 8 materials are available for this material,,

Please can any body help me on this..

Does it mean that there are several deliveries apart from my delivery which are penging for pgi..

If it is correct then it tried to pgi for those deliveries also but still it is showing the same message like only 8 quanity is availab for that material..

any other way for ths...

Please check in VL21 where you can find list of deliveries saved but PGI not done.

Your issue was when going for MMBE its showing 100 qnty and while coming for PGI its showing 8 qnty.

If u have done PGI for the open delivery already exist, then go to MMBE and check how much the remaining qnty exits.

Hi,

In MMBE detailed overview it is showing unrestrcited stock is 218, sheduled for delivery 220 and orders value as 0.

When i check the particular batch for that material it is showing 170 as unrestricted stock and sceduled for delivery 0 and orders 0..

Please any help on .....

Hi,

Check the batch stock and date on which stock posted, check MD04 is there sales order stock exists.

There may be some deliveries which is saved but not done PGI..

PLease check

Use tcode VL06F and in Goods movement(Total gds mvt stat.) field 'A' and 'B' to find open deliveries with no PGI

Hi,

in the transaction code MMBE if you scroll down you can find schd.for delivery tab . you can find the some quantity of the material .

this means that some sales order are raised and delivery and picking is done but PGI is not done.

so , this material will be avaiable in un-restricted use but it cannot be used for delivery

Hi Sankar,

Goto MMBE and check in which Storage Location you have 100 Stock.

Check whether you have maintained any Sales Unit of measure in MM02.

Hi,

Check in MD04 by giving material code and plant, it will show you where the stock got blocked. Then go to CO06 back order process, change the confirmation and proceed.

the reason for the system not allowing you to do PGI for 10 item may be that out of 100 stock items the 92 may be already allocated to some other sales doc for which PGI is pending. please check the detailed display in MMBE

Hi Sankar,

It seems that there is already a sales order for 18 pcs.

Try by putting another 50 pcs in to the stock.

IN mmbe for that material ...click on details and check the sales orders for the same................u must have created orders for atleast 92 materialss hence the mess .....plss chk and c if that ss the case
