Hi ,

(1) The CAR#2008/00332 approval in work flow i have to redirect from one user ID to another .Can any one tell me the procedure for this .

Hi ,

There is an option for redirecting the workitem in the Task called the Deadline Monitoring . Just give the mail ID of the sperson u want to faorward the task and specify the time in which it should be forwarded.

Hope this will do ur job.
