  1. Is it possible to change the date formats within SAC?
    1. For Example…….There is a date format in SalesForce Table opportunity Fri Jan 12 2018 00:00:00 GMT+0000 (UTC) …which is what we would want to convert to MM/DD/YYYY and apply time dimension 2. Diff between the User Predefined Model and Define Query. Currently, we are unable to see any of the content from the combo box? Does it show the predefined queries only owned by the userid used in the SFDC data connection?
    2. When we import the SFDC Opportunity table into SAC during the model creation, we are unable to identify how to apply the time dimension….all we have is generic and organization dimension only.

Hi, this is predominantly a customer forum where SAP should answer questions from the Community. any chance you could bring your enquiry back in-house? we have a JAM group for this. cheers, H

Hello - what happens (on imported models) when you change the date format to Year-Month-Day? See screen shot below:

Hi Tammy

No, there is no option to change the date format while modeling. Also, the only options we have for Opportunity table.Creation_Date is either Generic or Organization. There is no Time Dimension inorder to perform hierarchy or any format changes :-( This is very specific to SFDC case.
