HI Gurus,

I ran Assessment cycle for cost centre. It is showing sender and receivers and documents also generated.

Processing Status:updating run

processing completed with out errors

But when i see my cost senter acutal/plan report is not showing as assessed.

What is the reason for that? Last month it has worked fine but it is not updating

Where can is see controlling doucments? what is the transaction code for that?

Hi,

You can see the CO documents using the foll T-Codes:

1) KSB5 - CO Documents for Actual costs

2) KABP - CO Documents for Plan costs

You can also use the T-Codes KSB1 & KSBP to see the Actual or Plan line item reports.

Hiya,

This is a strange situation indeed. I would confirm if the fixed %s all add up to 100%. Secondly, I'd check if the version used for assessment is the same I'm reporting on.

Also check if some postings are in a different currency and that you ticked both Object Currency and Transaction Currency in the header screen.

Sorry, I am taking shots in the dark. Assessments are normally fairly straight-forward.

What is object currency but i did not ticked that one in my cycle creation

Hi,

if it is executed in last month, try to see the changes in the assessment cycle by displaying changes.

See that anything is catching

I checked assessment cycle previously itself. I did not found any difference.

See thing is documents has been generated as assessment happend but it is not updating cost centre reports

Hiya,

Can you confirm if the whole amount doesn't get assessed or just some cost that still remains on the Cost Centres?

Also, I hope you are not referring to any Statistical postings (if any) on the Cost Centres.

hi,

I am using fixed percenage in cycle. Document generated with full amount. But it is not updating acutal/plant items

it is not assessing full amount.
