Upgrade PREPARE of CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 stopped at IS_SELECT

Hi,

We are upgrading our first CRM 5.0 system to CRM 2007. During PREPARE we are stuck at phase IS_SELECT. Basically it is asking to take decision on ST-A/PI and CRMUIF.

The problem we are experiencing -

1. Our current level of ST-A/PI is 01J_CRM500 (SAPKITAC4B) and the next level available is 01K_CRM560 (SAPKITAC4C) for target release. For some reason PREPARE is not accepting this package which is extracted in

\usr\sap\trans\EPS\in. I came across OSS NOte 1083365 which say that this can be deleted. Can someone please confirm that if its ok?

2. In the same phase of IS_SELECT it is also requesting for CRMUIF. Going thru the recommendation it is looking for SAPK-600GGINCRMUIF (Strategy File ..: ISSTRAT_CRMUIF.600.LST), which I couldn't find in the market place, and I reckon is a CRT for SAP_ABA 11.

Our current patch levels in the system are -

SPAM - SAPKD70027

SAP_BAsis - SAPKA70012

SAP_ABA - SAPKB70012

PI_BASIS (2005_1_700) - SAPKIPYJ7C

SAP_BW - SAPKW70014

SAP_AP - SAPKNA7009

BBPCRM - SAPKU50009

I would appreciate if some can reply on this at the earliest. This is absolute show stopper. There is no way that I can skip the CRMUIF add-on component. I have also gone thru OSs note 1132139 which seems not applicable in our case.
