Documents uploaded in onboarding system should be integrate and reflected in employee central system with employee profile.
As per the business user can upload or enter the data only once in successfactor cloud applications, so that it should integrate and reflect in other systems like EC, PMGM..etc
If this is not the case customer strongly objecting the whats the usage of going with successfactors applications, why unnecessary same data mutiple times in mutiple times there is no meaning for the same, its totally waste of the effort.
