Control Recipe status CRFI

I want to set the deletion flag for process order, but the control recipe status is CRFI which wont let me set the flag.

Help needed

I have tested same CRFI status Process order, error message thrown as 'System has BRRQ status as active'.

BRRQ - Batch Record required. so Batch record for Process Order material / batch/plant needs to be approved and archived through COEBR.

In Order to approve the Batch Record through COEBR, we need execute

- TECO the process Order

- Inspection lot should have status "Lot locked for batch record" (LOLK)

-Inspection lot should have status "All inspections completed" (ICCO).

after Batch record is approved/archived, please proceed for placing for deletion, i hope, it works..

Pls go to T Code CO57 and select Proc.Message Cat. " PI_CRST " (Message on control recipe status) and select Control Recipe Status as 00004 (Terminated) or 00007(Control Recipe Discarded) and then use T Code CO54 to send the Message to the process order. Then try to do the deletion flag
