Exclude CCMS jobs failures from sending Alerts

Hello

I have a email alert gateway that sends a SNMP trap to our ticketing tool for all jobs failures including SAP_BWProcessChain and CCMS jobs. We want to exclude sending tickets for SAP_BWProcessChains and CCMS jobs. Can someone please help how this can be done.

Hi,

You can try to use the "Name Pattern" option under Job Definition Alert Sources, either by disabling or changing the pattern to exclude.
