Small portion of Master data

IT Manager require to take small portion of data instead of refresh qas. Please refer to below mail and give your expert answer for the below question!!!

I wish BASIS can take small portion of data .. {Say two weeks or one month transaction with all related Masters Data..} from PRD server into DEV server, this is very useful for the scenario test and for any future tests. This job is very simple and can be done.
