SAP Business One Mobile App - Internal Server Error

Hello,
I want to configure SAP Business One Mobile, B1DI and JDBC connections are OK but I got this error:

SAP B1iP detected an error:

Emitted HTTP-Code:
500 - Internal Server Error

Internal Reason:

XCE150 Error while executing 'on_authenticate' BizFlow:

/com.sap.b1i.vplatform.scenarios.authen/sap.B1Mobile/GetUsrPwd.bfd, com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE001 Nested exception:

java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to get the length of a null array loaded from local variable 'payload'

Could you please provide more detail about error message? If possible provide a screenshot with detailed error?
