ChaRM: There are no actions in the worklist

Hi!

I successfully configured the ChaRM functionality in SAP Solution Manager.

Unfortunately when i create and authorize the request the urgent correction has no actions in the worklist.

The warning/error I get is:

There are no actions in the worklist

Message no. SPPF_VIEW_CRM101

Has some one any ideas how to solve this problem?

Please open a ticket (urgent correction, whatever) and have a look at the button on the right upper area.

If there is a red dot or a yellow triangle with a figure greater than 0, klick on it. You will get the error (red) or warning (yellow) messages. What are they?

If there is a "0" and a grey "square standing on an edge" (what is supposed to be there), do the following:

1. Goto Transaction SPPFCADM. Click the "Edit" button.

2. Select "CRM Order" and click on "Condition Configuration (Transportable Conditions)"

3. double-click on "Action Profile: Urgent Correction"

4. Mark "Set to 'In Development'"

5. Choose the Tab "Schedule Condition" and please post what is displayed under it (left-hand side is more important).

Hi!

Many thanks for your response.

Currently i have other problem, the colleague of mine cannot set the urgent correction in Development and gets the following error:

"There is no business partners assigned to your user".

Meanwhile I have created the appropriate business partner in tcode BP.

Do you know how to solve the problem?

HI tom,

Once u create BP make sure that the right USER ID is assigned to the BP and user iD can be assigned in Identification tab under employee role.

Raju is right, I think:

you need to create BPs for every user that works with Service Desk/ChaRM. Some authorization is covered by BPs and not via Roles in SU01, therefore you need to create BPs.

And you need to maintain the "Employee" (Mitarbeiter) Tab and store the right UNAME in the Identification Tab.

Do you still get the error from the first post in this thread or did this second issue cross it?

Dear,

Could you please tell me how can I assign two logics for the same action?

I am not getting status "Sent to SAP" in action icon. That I will get it done as per your suggestion. Would I get connected to SAP then after? i have done rest of setting as defining S user.

Hello Dirk,

I am happy to see your posting here. This is excatly what my problem is with ChaRM so far (SolMan7.0 EhPk1), and I followed your adivce on it.

I see on the left corner, under the "corection is set to 'Productive' " the following.

"&CRM Service Process.User Status& [*] E0006+DHFHEAD

and &CRM Service Process.ErrorFreeFlag& = X "

Could you please advice? --You or anybody here, your assistance is much appreciated.

Hi Dirk,

I m also facing the same issue. when i open the change document, there are no actions in the worklist. i m supposed to select "take in process" from action button options.

I followed your advice and see the following on left corner under action profile:Administration-->Take in process:

&CRM service process.User Status& [*] E0001D+HEAD

&CRM service process.Error free flag& =X

Can anybody advice.
