Currently, as per system configuration, the New-Hire activities also referred to as Hiring Manager Activities are automatically assigned to Hiring Manager. However, our few clients request that they want these activities to be completed by Recruiter instead of Hiring Manager. Is this possible?

Yes. It is possible. You need to enable the new hire activities reassignment notification (or a similar name. I don’t have system right now to check the exact name) under Notifications. After enabling you will find an activity in the Onboarding Dashboard. Click on reassign to reassign new hire activities.
