Local Chains keep failling with NO obvious reasons

Hi Gurus

scenario - Master chain reads flate files from the self source system and puts into back up folder into the self source system itself.

And this Master chain has many local process chains to read and put the data back, but not really sure every day one of the local chain failes with below error. as we repaire the proces will be through without issues. And to isolate the local chain it was never been one local chain failling .....randomly some or the other local process chain keep fails.

The only change we did was, our BI system has been recenly got Hardware Upgrade (moved into HP systems from IBM) other than that no other changes had happen.

Please help with this, it's been production issue and keep happening everyday.
