Hi
I have defined three Value Categories (Spares, Internal Labour and External Services) and assigned respective Cost elements to them. All the above Value Categories are assigned with respective Maintenance Cost Key Figures.
When I do process using IW31, Planned Cost is not coming for all the three categories. After consuming the Material (against PO / Reservation), actual cost is appearing against Spares.
Even after running IW41, cost is not appearing for Internal labour (Actual and Planned).
Is any other Config setting to be done from PM side.

Sam,
Two things to check:
1. Are the planned costs appearing in the CO report (planned/actual button on the Cost tab)
2. On the order Control tab, are there entries for the planned costing variant (this is an IMG setting)

check whether you have defined the Define Default Values for Value Categories in the IMG settings
also check whether you have assigned the costing variant to the plant and order type in T code OIOF
