Disable the link of MSS's Related Activity iView

Hi All,

I have implemented Std. ESS/MSS in EP. Now In MSS under Team->Personal Development page there is an Iview named Related activity. Using the Link of this iView a manager can do some employee's work from MSS. My problem is I need only the Skill Update link not others.

I try to disable it using Alttrlleft Click. But it's not working there. I don't have the time to customize the page using NWDI & NWDS. Please suggest me.
