The user is using web templates designed in WAD 3.x to view reports (BeX queries designed in Designer 7.x). The issue we are facing is, when the user is displaying data for vendor A and exports it to PDF, PDF gets generated successfully but when he is displaying data for Vendor B, He is getting error 403-Access Forbidden. PDF generation is working for all other vendors except B. we as part of support team has all authorizations but we are also getting same error. I checked html code for PDF export button in the WAD template, but there is no restrictions based on any field in the code. What can be the issue here ?
