Issue with Crystal report on latest API jar

In our application(JAVA) we have integrated the crystal report and using the API jar version - 12.2.218.
For a report we have faced a NullPointerException issue. Attached the crystal report and log file for your analysis.
You can also reproduce this issue by following below steps.
1) Open a crystal report.
2) Insert a line object.
3) Do right click on line object and click 'Format Line' option. Click the formula icon near to the check box 'Repeat on Horizontal pages'. Add a condition to suppress the line.
4) Save it.
5) Now generate the report using API. Getting an issue. Unable to generate the report.
We have updated the jar with latest 12.2.222 but still the issue is exist.
Provide your suggestion on resolving this issue.
