Difference between CK11N and mf30

For cost run in REM process, which one we can use either mf30 or ck11n,ck24..?And kindly explain which one mandatory for KKF6N( SCE and PCE)...Kindly explain step by step how to use?..dear experts kindly give the answer high priority basis..

1. SCE(CK11N,CK24) with KKF6N

2. PCE(MF30,CK40N) with KKF6N
