By the way, one question. How do you keep track of posts? I mean when you respond to someone's query and they respond to that asking you for additional info., do you set up something so you receive an e-mail whenever there is an update on that post, or do you keep refreshing the internet explorer and check for updates manually?

Honest mate, its tough to keep track. I'm still trying to figure it out myself. Tried marking my posts as "watching", but that is only just about useful. You can't track chains of conversations using that.
