Find existing condition record for UTXJ

Hi Friends,

Due budget we have created a new tax code P9 and we have TP replace it for old tax code VF for condition type UTXJ.now How I can get list of existing condition records for condition UTXJ and VF tax code ?

Hello,

Go to transaction code V/06 and open condition type UTXJ.

Click on the records for access push button located just below your access sequence assignment.

This will take you to the display condition records selection screen for that condition type. Here you can give the selection parameters and you will get the list of condition records existing for that condition type.

hi

A in the Table KONP, put your tax code and from there you will get condition record number ,

B go to UTXJ condition type definition and find which access sequence is used, and for this access sequence which access is used, for e.g i am assuming access 601 is used , then go to table A601 and put the condition record numbers copied in step A. you will get the result. if you have multiple access then step B needs to be followed.

Alternatively you can define query in SQVI and use table join KONP and A601 (and other tables as per access) , you will get the result
