HRDSYS: Logical information object client-dep. table C R3TR LODC 549B_ZMY21AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV
BTW under what doc class you created your PDSY ?
.
HR documentation: Documentation class
Division of objects for documentation purposes in the Human Resources component. Within a HR documentation class, you store the documentation for objects that have the same object type name.
Example
In the documentation class SCHE, you would, for example, store the documentation for the German payroll schema (D000) and the Spanish payroll schema (E000).
HR Documentation: Object Name
Clearly identifies the individual objects in the documentation class.
Example
The following objects belong to the documentation class SCHE, for example, the international payroll accounting schema (X000), the payroll accounting schema for USA (U000) and the payroll accounting schema for Switzeraland (CH00).
The secondary wage types total gross (/101) and transfer (/599) belong to the documenation class WTYP.
Country Grouping
A unique indicator for a country that is used in the Human Resources components of the R/3 System.
Use
In the R/3 System, the country grouping is used instead of the country indicator because the country indicator is not always unique (for example, more than one license plate number can exist in one country).
All of the country groupings that exist in the system are stored in table T500L (Personnel Country Grouping).
Example
Country grouping 10 = USA.
Country grouping 22 = Japan.

Try this ..

Creating Customer Documentation
Prerequisites
You have created a customer documentation class (object-independent or object-dependent).
Procedure
1. In the Documentation class field, enter the name of the customer documentation class.
If the customer documentation class is country-specific, enter the country code in the Country grouping field.
If the documentation class is not country-specific, do not make an entry in the Country grouping field.
2. In the Object name field, enter the name for the customer documentation.
3. Choose Create.
The Create Documentation: Enter Short Text dialog box
4. Enter the short text for the documentation.
5. Choose Create.
You access the editor.
6. Enter the documentation.
7. Save your entries.
Result
You have created documentation for a customer documentation class. The documentation has a customer object name.
You can store additional customer documentation under a different object name in the customer documentation class
