How to access same Input schedule at time and track the changes in SAP BCP 10.1

Hi Experts,

I am having a requirement to access same input schedule by 10 different user to modify at a time and admin want to tack changes in BPC system.

How i can deal with this ? is there any way to track changes in EXCEL input schedule ? Like want kind of value changed by which user ?

And other point is that all user may start work and update the same input schedule at a same time ..

please suggest ..

To track user changes use data audit!

And please post to the correct tag! Is it BPC NW???

Hi Vadim,

Yes it is BPC NW, Now SCN site changed that is why confused as tag is not coming while adding question sorry for that.

@Vadim and how many user can access and change the same input schedule at the same time in BPC 10.1 NW .. There is any limit for that ?

Like if 10 users are changing the same input schedule at the same time so which data will save first ?

Any reasonable number. But they have to use different scope! Data is saved on the server.
